Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As part of this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your contribution will directly impact the customer shopping experience and store operations.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Willingness to perform general cleaning duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
