Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to uphold company standards and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledge equivalent to a combination of education and experience.
