Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with established company policies while maintaining data security.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in using a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of operating equipment efficiently and safely.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
