Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and demonstrate professionalism while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
