Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and data confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and carrying products

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
