Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
