Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory for accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior work experience in retail is preferred
