Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors.
  • Follow company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and uphold security standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Excellent customer service, cash handling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate relevant equipment and follow safety guidelines.
  • Experience in retail preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
