Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in retail environment preferred.
