Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing outstanding service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
