Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in regular store inventory checks and uphold cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Ability to use equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
  • Good communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
