Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and ensure security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
