Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to enhance the shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, performing cashiering duties, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Work independently and within a team environment with attention to detail.
  • Prior work experience in retail is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge gained from a combination of education and experience.
