Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment for our customers. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies and security measures.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
