Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and handle customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
