Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping, communicate effectively with the team and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and necessary store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and working independently or in a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
