Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
  • Adhere to company cash policies, operational procedures, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
