Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate our core values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
  • Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience being an advantage.
