Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and any store issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Efficient cash handling skills
  • Ability to operate equipment like a cash register and floor scrubber
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
