Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling practices.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
