Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
