We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and displays accurately and neatly.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
