Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Auto Centers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, internet leads, and customer appointments. Your role will involve maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business through effective communication and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage internet sales leads and provide information on available stock.
  • Maintain a customer database for retention purposes.
  • Update the company website with accurate vehicle details.
  • Schedule test drives and vehicle deliveries.
  • Discuss sales terms and review transactions with management.

Requirements

  • Customer service or sales background preferred.
  • Call center or internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to manage CRM systems.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
