Responsibilities
- Champion improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Recommend tools and methods to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
