Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development activities. Working closely with property owners and managers of various properties, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating or large loss/catastrophe experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate estimating software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Business ethics and integrity
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
