Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is a key role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in the restoration and construction industry. Collaborating with owners and managers of properties affected by disasters, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and other services. This position requires a strong focus on sales, revenue generation, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and marketing efforts to generate new leads.
• Negotiate contracts and execute sales of restoration and construction services.
• Oversee revenue production and project budget adherence.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Collections to ensure timely payments.
• Work closely with internal teams for project coordination and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in restoration or construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and project management.
• Strong communication and social media skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
