Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is a key role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities within the construction industry. Working closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners and managers, this position involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters.
Responsibilities

- Accounts Receivable & Collections oversight

- Estimating proficiency

- Internal teams coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration
- Construction estimating and/or large loss/catastrophe experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate estimating software
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Business ethics, autonomy, and administration abilities
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
