The Construction Project Director role at BluSky involves managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working with various property owners and managers, you will be responsible for developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & Collections, and near-term opportunities
• Execute contracts and negotiate sales
• Oversee revenue production according to goals
• Develop and adjust project budgets for target margins
• Perform estimating tasks and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams in project operations
