Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working closely with property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for properties damaged by disasters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Experience in construction estimating and large loss scenarios
• Proficiency with Xactimate and other estimating software
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
