Job Description

The Construction Project Director position at BluSky entails managing and closing new business opportunities by developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and environmental services. You will work closely with property owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. The role involves overseeing sales, revenue, profit margins, collections, and business development activities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient project management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
• Negotiate and execute contracts
• Oversee revenue production in line with goals
• Develop project budgets for target margins
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Work with internal teams for project coordination
