Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated by personal business development activities. Working closely with owners and managers of properties damaged by disasters, the Project Director develops cost estimates and oversees the execution of restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
