Responsibilities include developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close new business opportunities through personal business development activities.
• Develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
• Ensure revenue production aligns with monthly goals by overseeing project team activities.
• Maintain profit margins through project budget ownership and cost supervision.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Collections to maintain a healthy financial position.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry.
• Extensive construction estimating and catastrophe experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
