The Construction Project Director at BluSky is accountable for managing and finalizing new business opportunities, focusing on restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. Collaborating with property owners and managers affected by disasters, the Project Director develops cost estimates for various services. This role involves overseeing sales, revenue generation, profit margins, AR & Collections, business development, estimating proficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
