Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director position at BluSky is a key role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities by developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. The Project Director collaborates closely with property owners and managers to provide exceptional service and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales management and execution
• Revenue production oversight

• Accounts Receivable and Collections management

• Estimating proficiency
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Effective coordination with internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating and/or large-loss experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate software preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
