Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated by business development and marketing efforts. This role involves working closely with property owners and managers to provide cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services. The Project Director plays a key role in sales, revenue generation, profit margins, AR & Collections, customer satisfaction, business development, estimating, and internal team coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
• Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience
• Proficient in Xactimate and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and project management knowledge
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
