Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a pivotal role in managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with property owners and managers, this position involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in various sectors including commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by natural or man-made disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales
- Developing and executing contracts
- Converting opportunities into sales
- Overseeing revenue production
- Maintaining profit margins
- Managing AR & Collections
- Working with internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience
- Construction estimating and/or large loss experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Strong project management and financial administration skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
