Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a crucial role in managing and closing new business opportunities. Working with a variety of properties affected by disasters, the Project Director collaborates closely with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and environmental services. The role involves overseeing sales, revenue production, profit margins, and customer satisfaction, in addition to coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Execute contracts and negotiate on behalf of the company
• Oversee and expedite revenue production
• Develop project budgets compliant with target margins
• Manage near-term opportunities and work on business development
• Ensure AR & Collections management
• Collaborate with internal teams effectively

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
• Strong communication and project management skills
• OSHA and CPR certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
