Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing efforts. Working closely with property owners and managers, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters.
Responsibilities

- Coordinating with internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
- Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate software
- Strong communication skills
- Project management knowledge
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
