Construction Project Director

Job Description

BluSky is seeking a motivated Construction Project Director to manage and close new business opportunities in restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The Project Director collaborates with property owners and managers of various sectors to develop cost estimates and deliver exceptional services for properties affected by man-made or natural disasters.

Responsibilities

• Sales, revenue, and profit margin management
• Overseeing AR & collections process
• Managing near-term opportunities and business development activities
• Estimating proficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and work with internal teams for project success

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing/sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Advanced construction estimating or large loss experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
