Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director position at BluSky is a vital role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. Working with property owners and managers, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services resulting from man-made or natural disasters.

Responsibilities

• Sales activities and executing contracts
• Revenue oversight and timely billings
• Managing profit margins and project budgets
• Accounts receivable management and collections
• Close leads and business development activities
• Estimating proficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and business development experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
• Strong project management and financial processes knowledge
• Microsoft Office and Xactimate software skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
