Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through leads and referrals. Collaborating closely with property owners and managers of various establishments, the Project Director develops restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing service cost estimates for properties damaged by disasters.

Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales in restoration/construction
- Construction estimating experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
