Construction Project Director

Job Description

BluSky is seeking a talented Construction Project Director to manage and close new business opportunities, particularly in restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. As the Project Director, you will work closely with property owners and managers, develop cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close new business opportunities
• Develop cost estimates for restoration and renovation projects
• Negotiate and execute contracts
• Ensure revenue production in line with goals
• Oversee project budget and profitability
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Proficiency in construction estimating and large loss projects
• Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
