Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a crucial role in managing and closing new business opportunities for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for properties damaged by disasters. This dynamic position involves collaborating closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners, developing cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating internal teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Sales-focused role, meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently.
- Managing revenue production and billings to meet targets.
- Owning project budgets and profit margins.
- Engaging in AR & Collections management for timely payments.
- Working with internal teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry.
- Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- Strong communication, project management, and financial skills required.
