Job Description
The Construction Project Director position at BluSky involves managing and closing new business opportunities in the construction industry. This role entails working closely with owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters to develop cost estimates for various restoration and renovation services.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration industry
- Construction estimating and/or large loss experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, First Aid certifications preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
