Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Cost Project Analyst to join Aldi's National Real Estate Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional real estate teams, and ensuring project costs align with scope and regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers on negotiation points with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and practices to ensure consistent pricing.
• Analyze bids and create reports for project award decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor market pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost software.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications.
