Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Tire Technician to join our team at Best-One of Indy, with a focus on delivering quality results for teammates, customers, and the company. What You'll Do:
- Perform tire services following TIA Commercial guidelines, including installation, rotation, balancing, and flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires.
- Inspect and repair tire casings, locate and seal punctures, and prepare rims and wheel drums for reassembly.
- Handle retreads by discussing treads with customers, preparing work orders, and unloading and stacking retreads.
- Conduct fleet inspections to assess tire needs and provide recommendations.
- Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
Your Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Full work schedule Monday - Saturday with Sundays off.
