Job Description
Pace of Southwest Michigan is looking for part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Clinic team. As an RN at Pace, you will coordinate personal and health care services for our participants onsite in the PACE clinic. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care, manage complex clinical situations, and work under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect patient data and complete required forms in the medical record.
- Develop and implement personalized plans of care.
- Assist in pharmaceutical management delivery systems and perform wound care, IV therapy, and lab specimen collection.
- Record and evaluate patient care delivered as planned, making observations and implementing necessary nursing measures.
- Delegate nursing care, identify cost-effective measures, and actively participate in quality improvement processes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience, with at least one year in a skilled nursing facility setting or geriatric care.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Valid MI Driver's License and current CPR certification.
- High level of autonomy, excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
