Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence by preparing quality products and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Boost sales through exceptional guest service, product training, and efficient use of POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels, cash procedures, and uphold safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team independently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets; proficiency in computer systems.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Background check is a prerequisite for employment.
