CiCis Pizza is seeking experienced Shift Leaders to oversee restaurant operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold company standards. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality products and services, and contributing to sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence, produce quality products, and address guest concerns promptly.
• Supervise team members, maintain staffing levels, train staff, and promote a positive work environment.
• Enhance sales through excellent customer service, product training, and sales execution.
• Manage inventory levels, execute cash management, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively and work with computers.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous in specific markets.
• Non-exempt, hourly position subject to background check.
