Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent operational skills in all areas of the restaurant.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations.
• Supervise the restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, and coach team members for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through exceptional guest service and effective management of resources.
